Prism – Virtual Staining Hub (VSH) | Pictor Labs Inc.
Medical imaging platform for AI-based virtual staining of histopathology slides. Owned end-to-end architecture, pipeline design, and module delivery.
  • Designed a large file ingestion pipeline handling 20–40 GB uploads using AWS S3 Multipart Upload with pre-signed URLs, eliminating client-side timeouts and ensuring reliable delivery at scale.
  • Post-upload, a DAG-based validation job triggers; results stream via Redis Streams to Celery workers that parse metadata including file type, species, organ, and diagnosis.
  • Built a configurable Rule Engine that evaluates parsed metadata to select the appropriate stainer and route jobs for AI inference; results return through Redis Streams and workers mark jobs complete.
  • Developed supporting modules: multi-report analytics dashboard, rule configuration UI, system settings panel, and a centralised file upload manager.
  • Deployment & Infra: Provisioned with Terraform on AWS (EKS, S3, SQS, Lambda, API Gateway, Route53, CloudFront, CloudWatch) and Cloudflare Workers/Pages; monitored via Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo, and OpenTelemetry.

Built the Lead Management CRM from scratch to deployment, with GenAI sales intelligence and a streaming agentic interface.
  • Built the full stack end-to-end through to deployment and CI/CD setup, live at revcrm.in.
  • Integrated AI-powered sales intelligence features, including automated lead summaries, next-action suggestions, and one-click follow-up email generation.
  • Built an agentic chat interface streamed via Server-Sent Events (SSE) that runs tasks in the background from natural-language commands, e.g. “email all customers who have not raised a PO after the deal matured” or “message sales reps running below the monthly average target”.

Vimoo – Internal Tool, Artist Portal & RAG Assistant | vimoo.in • Full Stack Developer & Architect (IC) Independent Project
Built the internal tool and artist portal for Vimoo, an event company, and currently setting up a small RAG chatbot to help the team with product and pricing questions.
  • Built the internal tool in PHP and MySQL for lead management, invoicing, and day-to-day operations, and an artist portal with artist listings in Next.js, from scratch to deployment.
  • Currently setting up a small RAG chatbot (beta) with LangChain and ChromaDB, using free local models through Ollama for embeddings and answers. It answers team questions on product details and what price a product was booked at on similar dates in the past.
  • Adding an MCP tool that fetches the current booking count for a date, so the bot can suggest a price (e.g. higher when bookings are high). Early version, still in progress.

KTPL – Travel Company Internal Platform | Backend Developer & Architect Independent Project
Architected and built the backend of the complete internal system for a travel company.
  • Modules for booking, invoicing, purchase, credit notes, and debit notes, with multiple sales and revenue reports for tracking.
  • Vehicle document and maintenance modules for fleet compliance and upkeep.

YoloBus – Bus Seat Booking Platform | Yolo Travel Tech
Microservices-based bus booking platform with a dynamic seat layout engine and real-time booking conflict resolution.
  • Built a dynamic seat layout designer so the operations team can configure unique seat maps per bus, rendered interactively in React.
  • Implemented 15-minute temporary seat blocking and solved a payment-seat race condition: if a seat is booked mid-payment, the system auto-refunds and suggests alternate seats.
  • Booking and notification events are published via Kafka and consumed asynchronously by downstream microservices.
  • Frontend built as npm package-based modules with a shared boilerplate, enabling parallel development without merge conflicts.

Initially joined as Sr. Tech Lead via HCL Technologies (Aug 2021 – Jan 2023) before transitioning directly to Jukin in Jan 2023; built high-traffic enterprise web platforms using Node.js, WordPress, PHP, MySQL, GraphQL, and Jest. Worked with a US-based organization, aligned to US time zones.
  • Auto-scaling: replaced large fixed-size servers (same capacity in low and high traffic) by centralising shared state in Redis so one codebase ran across nodes, then implemented auto-scaling that adds nodes under high traffic and removes them when it drops.
  • Built and consumed GraphQL APIs for the web platforms.
